  NEVER EVER go to this salon 1 star is 1 to many!!! On putting this review on I saw the remarks by another customer regarding her colour. I was exactly the same I took a photo in showed them the cut showed them the colour. My hair was a light colour already & I wanted it lighter....I came out with a line of darker roots & solid patches of dark colour.....on asking about it I was assured it would blend in & once dried would look lighter!!!!! I seriously had my doubts......which I was proven to be right what a mess.
  As for cut I asked for one side to kept length wise.....as she was working on the longer side I thought she was going to trim it to see her taking bits off I stopped her thinking maybe she heard me wrongly......however when she started working on other side I saw how uneven she was cutting it I told her to stop I didn't want any more taken off. I couldn't get out of salon quick enough!!!!!
  I was so upset & embarresed to see anyone.
  I got in touch with Napair hairdressers further up the street across from Aldi's & they were shocked at the mess my hair was both with cut & colour. Gratefully a STYLIST was able to make the best out of a bad job with my cut.....will be a while before I get the length back evenly to get the style I wanted. As for the colour they have thankfully managed to get it near to what I asked for it will take another session to get the dark roots totally gone.
  I do also have to add the salon is dirty.....one wash basin.....had to ask for a dry towel when I was given back the wet one they had tried my hair with....as for a coffee while your there.....not a chance was told there is a wee cafe across the street. This place is horrendous please do not use it!!!!!
